Freight Delivery FAQ

Many Backyard Luxe Co products ship via freight (LTL) due to size and weight.

What is curbside delivery?

Curbside delivery means the carrier delivers the pallet to the end of your driveway/curb. The carrier does not move the item into your backyard or home.

Will I get a delivery appointment?

Yes. Most freight carriers call or text to schedule a delivery window.

Does freight include a liftgate?

Liftgate service is included when required to safely lower the pallet from the truck.

Can I get white glove delivery?

In some areas, upgraded delivery options may be available for an added fee (room-of-choice placement and/or packaging removal). Availability varies by location and product.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Inspect at delivery and take photos. Report any damage within 48 hours to support@backyardluxeco.com.
