Shipping Policy (Freight + Standard Shipping)

 

At Backyard Luxe Co, we specialize in premium, oversized outdoor products (such as saunas, cold plunges, fireplaces, hot tubs, fire pits, and pizza ovens). Many items ship via freight delivery to ensure safe transport.

Where we ship

We ship to the contiguous United States (48 states). If you need shipping outside this area, contact us before ordering.

Order processing

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is confirmed, we coordinate fulfillment directly with the brand’s authorized warehouse or distribution partner.

Shipping methods

Depending on the product and destination, your order may ship by:


  • Freight (LTL) delivery for large/heavy items
  • Standard parcel shipping for smaller items and accessories

Freight delivery (LTL) — what to expect

Freight shipments are typically delivered curbside. This means the carrier delivers to the end of your driveway or curbside area (not inside your home/backyard).

Freight deliveries generally include:


  • Delivery appointment scheduling (the carrier contacts you to schedule)
  • Liftgate service when required (to lower the pallet from the truck)

White glove / room-of-choice delivery (optional)

In some areas, upgraded delivery services may be available (such as room-of-choice placement, packaging removal, or full installation coordination). If available for your product and location, these upgrades may be offered at checkout or quoted after purchase.

Shipping costs

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout when available. For freight shipments, rates can vary by:


  • delivery location
  • product weight/dimensions
  • liftgate requirements
  • access restrictions (rural/limited access)
    If your order includes multiple oversized items, freight may ship in multiple pallets or shipments.

Estimated delivery timeframe

 

Delivery time varies by brand and destination. Most freight orders arrive within 7–21 business days after shipment. Tracking details are provided once the order ships.

Receiving your delivery (IMPORTANT)

Please inspect your shipment at delivery.


  • If there is visible damage to the packaging or crate, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos.
  • Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@backyardluxeco.com with photos and your order number.
