Backyard Luxe Co stands behind the quality of the premium products we offer. This policy explains how returns, damage claims, and refunds are handled for purchases made through backyardluxeco.com.
Return window
- You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible, unused items.
- Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- All parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging materials must be included
- Returns must be approved before being sent back
Non-returnable items
- Items reported as damaged after 48 hours
- Installed/used items (unless approved as defective on arrival)
- Custom/special-order items (when applicable)
- Clearance or “as-is” items (when applicable)
Freight items & return shipping
Many of our products ship by freight. If a return is approved, return shipping costs may apply and vary by product size and destination.
Restocking fee
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee up to 25% depending on the brand’s policy and the condition of the returned item. This will be confirmed during the return approval process.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Email support@backyardluxeco.com within 48 hours
- Include your order number + photos of the product, packaging, and damage
- We will coordinate the next steps with the manufacturer/distributor, which may include replacement parts, replacement unit, or return authorization.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Timing can vary by bank/payment provider. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or confirmed otherwise in writing.
