At Backyard Luxe Co., we are committed to providing premium outdoor living products and a transparent shopping experience. Due to the oversized, custom, and freight-shipped nature of many of our products, please review this policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 hours, orders may already be in processing or production and may not be eligible for cancellation. Approved cancellations after this timeframe may be subject to a restocking fee of 10%–25%, depending on the manufacturer.


2. Returns Eligibility

Because many of our products are made-to-order, built-to-order, or shipped via freight, returns are only accepted in the following situations:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • The incorrect item was received

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Incorrect measurements or fitment
  • Products that have been installed, assembled, or used


3. Damaged or Defective Deliveries

All shipments must be inspected upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing
  • Take clear photos of the packaging and product
  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect your claim eligibility.


4. Return Shipping & Fees

If a return is approved:

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs
  • Restocking fees may apply depending on the supplier
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable


5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.


6. Manufacturer Warranties

Many products include manufacturer warranties that may provide additional repair or replacement coverage. Warranty terms vary by brand and manufacturer.
