We purchased a 225 cm hot tub for in our backyard. Because we want to be able to use it spontaneously, we chose the hybrid version with both a wood stove and a 3 kW electric heater, so the water always stays around 32 degrees. After receiving the tub, I was truly impressed by the quality. We’ve owned another hot tub in the past that was much lower in quality. The insulation on this one is much thicker, and the gelcoat finish is smooth and solid—you can really see the difference. The selected options are also from reputable brands, such as the electric heater, the jets, and the LED lighting. This level of quality—especially at this price compared to local hot tub builders—is unmatched.

With the insulated cover on, the temperature drop with the heater not working is just over 1 degree Celsius in 24 hours at an outside temperature of 18 degrees. The after-sales service from this company also definitely won’t leave you out in the cold. In our opinion, price, quality, and service easily deserve a solid 10 out of 10.
